Days of the Week
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Note: Days are capitalized in English.
“Today is Monday.” — “We have English on Tuesday.” — “The weekend is Saturday and Sunday.”
Months of the Year
January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December.
Prepositions with Time
- ON + days: on Monday, on Friday.
- IN + months/years: in January, in 2024.
- IN + seasons: in spring, in summer.
- AT + time: at 5 o’clock, at noon.
Questions about Time
- “What day is it today?” — “It’s Monday.”
- “What month is it?” — “It’s March.”
- “When is your birthday?” — “It’s in June.”
