Present Simple vs Present Continuous
1. Present Simple Tense
Usage

Form
- Affirmative: Subject + Verb (s/es for he/she/it)
- Negative: Subject + do/does + not + verb
- Interrogative: Do/Does + subject + verb?
Examples:

always, usually, often, sometimes, rarely, never, every day, every week, once a week, on Mondays
2. Present Continuous Tense
