Adverbs of Frequency: Always, Usually, Sometimes, Never
Adverbs of frequency tell us how often something happens. They are an essential part of English grammar for describing habits and routines.
Common Adverbs of Frequency

Position in Sentences
After the verb to be: Subject + am/is/are + adverb. Example: She is always happy.
Before main verbs: Subject + adverb + main verb. Example: They always arrive on time.
With auxiliary verbs: Subject + auxiliary + adverb + main verb. Example: I can never remember his name.
Questions and Negatives
- Do you usually wake up early?
