Justice is a fundamental concept in moral and political philosophy concerning fairness and distribution of resources.
Plato on Justice
Justice is harmony each part doing its proper function. In society justice means each class performs its role.
Aristotle on Justice
Distributive justice: fair distribution of resources. Corrective justice: fair punishment and compensation.
Rawls Theory of Justice
Justice as fairness. Two principles: equal basic liberties and social inequalities arranged to benefit the least advantaged difference principle.
