Present Simple
Used for habits, routines, facts.
- I wake up at 7 am.
- She plays tennis every Friday.
- The sun rises in the east.
Present Continuous
Used for actions happening now or around now.
- I am studying English now.
- She is playing tennis at the moment.
- They are watching TV right now.
