Adverbs of Frequency: Always, Usually, Sometimes, Never

1. The adverbs

Always (100%), usually (90%), often (70%), sometimes (50%), rarely (10%), never (0%).

2. Position in the sentence

After the verb to be: I am always happy. Before other verbs: I always brush my teeth. After the auxiliary: I have never been to London.

3. Questions with frequency

How often do you…? How often do you play football? How often does she visit her grandmother?
