Daily Routines: Simple Present
The simple present tense is used to talk about habits, routines, and general truths.
1. Formation
I/You/We/They + base verb: I wake up at 7 am.
He/She/It + verb-s: She wakes up at 7 am.
2. Common daily routine verbs
wake up, get up, have breakfast, brush teeth, go to school, have lunch, do homework, watch TV, go to bed.
3. Example paragraph
I wake up at 6 o’clock every day. I have breakfast at 6:30. I go to school at 7:15. I study hard every day.
