Truthfulness means conformity between speech and reality. It includes truthfulness in words actions and intention.
Evidence from Quran and Sunnah
O you who believe fear Allah and be with the truthful. The Prophet said Truthfulness leads to righteousness and righteousness leads to Paradise.
Types of Truthfulness
Truthful intention: sincerity for Allah. Truthful speech: not lying. Truthful actions: consistency between belief and practice.
