Days, Months, Seasons and Weather

1. Days of the Week

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. We use on with days: on Monday.

2. Months of the Year

January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December. We use in with months: in May.

3. Seasons

• Spring (March-May): Warm, rainy, flowers bloom.
• Summer (June-August): Hot, sunny, go to the beach.
• Autumn/Fall (September-November): Cool, windy, leaves fall.
• Winter (December-February): Cold, rainy, sometimes snowy.

4. Weather Vocabulary

Sunny, cloudy, rainy, windy, snowy, foggy, stormy, hot, warm, cool, cold.

5. Useful Questions

What day is it today? – It’s Monday. What’s the weather like? – It’s sunny and warm.
