Vocabulary: Daily Routines and Activities

Daily routines: wake up, get up, have breakfast, go to school, attend classes, have lunch, do homework, watch TV, have dinner, take a shower, brush teeth, go to bed. Time expressions: in the morning, at noon, in the afternoon, in the evening, at night, every day, usually, sometimes, always. Example paragraph: I usually wake up at 6 am. I have breakfast at 7 am and go to school at 7:30. After school, I do my homework and then watch TV.

Exercises

1. Write 8 sentences about your daily routine using time expressions.
2. Put the verbs in correct order: {0}I (wake up) at 6, (have) breakfast at 7.{1}
3. Ask your friend about his/her daily routine.
