Les adjectifs démonstratifs: ce, cet, cette, ces
Les adjectifs démonstratifs servent à désigner une personne ou une chose. Ils s’accordent en genre et en nombre avec le nom qu’ils déterminent.
Formes
- Ce + nom masculin singulier: ce livre, ce garçon
- Cet + nom masculin singulier commençant par voyelle: cet homme, cet arbre
- Cette + nom féminin singulier: cette fille, cette maison
- Ces + nom pluriel (masculin ou féminin): ces livres, ces femmes
Particularités
On peut ajouter -ci ou -là pour distinguer: ce livre-ci / ce livre-là. cette maison-ci / cette maison-là.
Exemples
- Ce stylo est à moi.
- Cet arbre est très grand.
- Cette voiture est belle.
- Ces enfants sont sages.
Exercices
1. Complétez avec ce, cet, cette, ces: ___ arbre, ___ fleur, ___ livres.
