1. Describing People

Appearance:

• Height: tall, short, medium height
• Build: slim, athletic, plump
• Hair: long, short, curly, straight, blonde, dark
• Eyes: blue, brown, green
• Age: young, middle-aged, elderly

Personality:

• Positive: friendly, kind, generous, intelligent, funny
• Negative: shy, lazy, rude, selfish, dishonest

2. Describing Places

• Size: big, small, huge, tiny, vast
• Condition: clean, dirty, old, modern, well-maintained
• Atmosphere: peaceful, noisy, crowded, quiet, lively
• Location: central, remote, coastal, mountainous, rural
