Giving and asking for directions. Asking: Excuse me, where is the nearest bank? How do I get to the station? Is it far? Giving directions: Go straight ahead, Turn left/right at the traffic lights, Take the first/second street on the left/right, Cross the road, It’s on your left/right. Prepositions: next to (next to the pharmacy), opposite (opposite the park), between (between the bank and the post office), on the corner (on the corner of Main Street), at the end of (at the end of the street). Useful: You can’t miss it, It’s about 5 minutes walk.
