Types of Sentences
Simple
One clause. I study English.
Compound
Two clauses + FANBOYS. I wanted to go but it was raining.
Complex
Independent + dependent clause. Although it rained I went out.
Exercises
Identify: 1) I like coffee but she prefers tea. 2) The sun is shining.
