Quantifiers are words used before nouns to express quantity or amount. In this lesson, we will learn the most common quantifiers in English: Much, Many, A lot of, A little, A few.
1. Much vs Many
The difference between much and many depends on the type of noun:

2. A lot of / Lots of
A lot of and lots of are used with both countable and uncountable nouns, especially in affirmative sentences.

- There is a lot of milk. (uncountable)
- He drinks lots of water.
3. A little vs A few
