Compare two things or one with a group.

Comparatives

Short adj: -er + than (taller than). Long adj: more + adj + than (more beautiful than). Irregular: good better, bad worse.

Superlatives

Short adj: the + -est (the tallest). Long adj: the most + adj (the most beautiful). Irregular: good the best, bad the worst.
