While these platforms help them stay connected with friends, they can also cause anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem. Comparing themselves with others online often makes teenagers feel unhappy about their own lives.

Another problem is cyberbullying. Some people use the Internet to hurt others by sending mean messages or spreading false rumors. This can have serious effects on the victim’s mental health.

Experts advise teenagers to limit their screen time, choose what they watch carefully, and talk to a trusted adult if they face any problem online. Using the Internet wisely helps us enjoy its benefits while avoiding its dangers.
