Adverbs of Frequency in English
Adverbs of frequency tell us how often something happens. They are placed before the main verb but after the verb “to be”.

Position in the Sentence
Before the main verb: “I always eat breakfast.” / “She never tells lies.”
After the verb “to be”: “He is always late.” / “They are often happy.”
With auxiliaries: “I have always loved reading.” / “You should never give up.”
