I send emails every day. / She reads the newspaper.

Present Continuous

Actions happening now. Signal words: now, at the moment, today, currently

I am writing an email right now. / She is talking on the phone.

III. Practice Exercises

1. She usually (call) her mother. → calls
2. Listen! Someone (knock) on the door. → is knocking
3. We (study) English this year. → study
4. He (not / send) texts right now. → is not sending
